Your personal information remains confidential and will not be shared outside of TechAIntern. It is solely used for internal purposes or marketing related to TechAIntern.

Offer Letter:

You will receive an offer letter from the TechAIntern Internship program. It is not confirmed until the offer letter is accepted by the intern. In some cases, it may be considered as accepted, but if you are not interested, please contact us at contact@techaintern.com

Task Assignment:

Your project and task assignments will be communicated through your email or WhatsApp Channel. You must complete and submit your projects/tasks via Submission form. Failure to submit within the specified time will disqualify you from receiving LOR

Submission Process:

You must submit your projects through the submission form. certificate charges may apply during the submission process

Certificate Issuance:

Upon successful completion of your internship, you can expect to receive your certificate within 3-5 business days

LOR Issuance

You will receive LOR only after completing your internship. You will receive your LOR within 7-10 days of internship completion.

Eligibility Criteria:

Upon completing a minimum of two projects out of nine, you qualify for a soft copy of your internship completion certificate. If you complete at least three projects, you're eligible for a soft copy of an LOR along with the certificate.

LinkedIn Post:

It's mandatory to share a video of one project output on LinkedIn. Posting offer letters or other documents is optional.

Project Verification:

For project verification, please attach a proper fee payment proof. Failure to provide this proof will result in the rejection of your project verification. If our team finds common or forged proofs, the user will be permanently banned from TechAIntern Internship.

Original Work:

Only projects demonstrating originality qualify for a Letter of Recommendation (LOR). If a core project is found to be copied, the intern becomes ineligible for an LOR.

Termination:

Any individual engaging in inappropriate behavior towards TechAIntern or its staff will face legal consequences and possible termination of services.

Support:

All queries will be addressed via WhatsApp communication. No phone support is available. Please allow up to two days for our executives or mentor to respond

College Verification:

If your college requires verification from our side, please notify us at least 5-7 days in advance. For verification, contact us at contact@techaintern.com. For company-related information, reach out to contact@techaintern.com

Stipend:

Our internship program is educational in nature and does not include any stipend or financial compensation

Future Opportunities

Participation in our internship program does not guarantee any job offers or referrals from TechAIntern

Service Agreement:

By using TechAIntern's services, including certificate issuance and additional perks access, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein. A non-refundable fee is required for service access, set at either 99 or 199 Rupees depending on the selected service

Payment Policies:

Payments for our services are non-refundable. Once the services have been provided, refunds will not be issued for domain registrations or certificate payments.

Termination of Services:

Tech-A-Intern reserves the right to terminate domain registration or internship services of any participant found to be in violation of our terms and conditions or engaged in any fraudulent activities.

Extra Domain

If you are enrolled in multiple domains and wish to obtain certificates for these additional domains, there will be a nominal fee of ₹99 per domain. This pricing adjustment allows us to maintain the quality of our certificate services while ensuring fairness for all our members. Rest assured, we remain committed to providing affordable and reliable certificate solutions

Upon confirmation of payment, you will be awarded a digital certificate, which serves as validation of your successful completion of the designated internship program. In addition to the certificate, you will gain access to a suite of exclusive perks. These perks include, but are not limited to, resume templates, a Letter of Recommendation, an Internship Offer Letter. It is important to note that these benefits are exclusively for your personal use and are non-transferable.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of tech-a-intern Internship. Interns are responsible for staying informed about any updates or modifications to these terms. Compliance with these terms is mandatory for participation in the internship program.
